Provider, members should not need to submit any claims to the Third-Party Administrator (TPA). <span class=\"s1\"><b>All claims should be submitted by the provider on behalf of the member directly to the TPA showing on the member\u2019s card.<\/b><\/span> Should a member need to submit a claim, they can do so by submitting a claim reimbursement form that can be found on their Hooray Health Member
